Thanks to Özvan Tulumba and Lokma mixer, you can both boil the pump dough and mix it with eggs in a very comfortable way. You can easily mix the bite dough with the same machine.

Triphases can rotate in double cycles.

Monophases can rotate multi-cycle.

The boiler and mixer are made of stainless chromium (inox). It can cook with LPG.
